Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Scope and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between Hybridlabor Global LLC (the “Contractor”) and the contracting party (the “Client”). Services include audio, video, lighting, technical planning, and production consulting.
Article 2 – Offers and Contract Formation
All offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded by written confirmation or by commencement of performance.
Article 3 – Rental Period and Transfer of Risk
The rental period begins when the equipment leaves the warehouse. The Client bears full responsibility for loss or damage during the period.
Article 4 – Use of Equipment and Modifications
Equipment must be used for its intended purpose. Any technical or structural modification without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Article 5 – Acceptance and Complaints
The Client shall inspect equipment immediately. Complaints must be submitted in writing without delay.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property Rights
All concepts, designs, drawings, and 3D models (CAD/Rhino) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Contractor.
Article 7 – Publication and Social Media
Publication of project-related materials is permitted only after full payment and written approval by the Contractor.
Article 8 – Prices and Payment
Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt. Usage rights remain property of the Contractor until full payment.
Article 9 – Liability
The Contractor is only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
The Contractor is not liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control (strikes, supply chain disruptions, etc.).
Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Article 12 – Amendments and Severability
Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
